The High Frequency Electronics Circuit and System Research Unit (CSEHF) UR13ES37 has been evolving gradually since its creation in 2005. It falls under the Department of Physics of the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis and is directed by Prof. Ali Gharsallah. Recently, the Research Unit was the core of the Microwave Electronics Research Laboratory (MERLab), officially created in October 2018 under the code LR18ES43.
